We ensure that regardless of the length of current challenges, the eFitness system will be available and ready to help. We are aware that eFitness resources are crucial to maintaining contact with customers and regular revenues. A remote club means also remote billing system. Remember, eFitness ensures online payments. Also, recurring card charges allow in the times of closed clubs the inflow of funds despite all fiscal printers turned off. If you need such payments in your club, feel free to contact our Helpdesk Team.  We remind you that eFitness also allows you to gather people using calendars or use other functions always available to every member of the Online Member Area, despite the closed club. Although our company revenues have decreased, we have increased the cost of maintaining resources to ensure the system is safe. Consequently, eFitness will continue generating invoices.

REMOTE CLUB, GOOGLE HANGOUT MEET FOR FREE

Nowadays it is worth being with our clients at all costs. eFitness will start integrating with Google’s paid GSuite business solution for conducting online classes from Thursday, 26/03/2020. Appreciating our clients, each Club with settle payments, throughout the period of club closure, will receive free integration with a special Google account. Our goal is to enable as many clubs as possible to make online classes.

What will we do for you?

  • we integrate the eFitness Online Member Area with GSuite
  • all classes will be presented on one “board”
  • customers will receive event links by email
  • we chose the Google solution because it is intuitive and available from anywhere and with every device.

EXTENDED PAYMENT DEADLINES

Due to the possibility of hindered cash flow, we extend by half the FV payment time to 21 days.
