eFitness’s mission is to empower entrepreneurs and staff of fitness clubs who are dedicated to their business success in the industry. We strive to help and deliver an amazing experience for both clubs and their members.
We started in 2010 because we believe that fitness is a fundamental value that the world needs today. eFitness software has become the most often chosen solution in Poland and is now available in more and more countries.
When creating the Just GYM concept, we wanted to interact with our gym with a unique and great experience. From all the options available, we chose eFitness management because they provided us with a complete solution for fully automated fitness clubs.
eFitness offers superb customer service, and the helpdesk team is always on hand to help us in any situation, which is essential for us as a small boutique.
There are multiple reasons why we deployed the eFitness software solution to run streamlined operations at Total Fitness. Still, there are three building blocks that make the biggest impact - usability, business process automation, and also reporting and analytics.
We were growing very fast, and when we decided to really accelerate our expansion, we felt it was important to have a system that had a flexible configuration that was easy to set up. In a nutshell, we were looking for a system that would help us to maximize club operations and minimize operational costs. We felt eFitness was a good match.

In eFitness we are a team-first group of over 60+ people. When we’re not coding, implementing new features or answering customer inquiries, we have fun enjoying each others’ company in our office located in Poznań.
It all started with them - the co-founders of eFitness. The driving force of the company. All of them have over 15 years in the IT industry,
with extensive knowledge in technology, management and have acquired more than
ten years of experience in the fitness industry.
The team also share one more thing in common, they are triathletes and passionate about sport. They know what persistence and consistent pursuit of goals means.
They believe that the success of eFitness is not only defined by the quality of our work but also the attitude, the way we treat our customers, and our passion for fitness.
Taking care of customer relationships is their element. They perfectly combine it with broad expertise in the fitness industry.

industry meetings and fairs.
Listening intently to understanding your business and needs - that's what lets them tackle every project. They love new challenges, so don't wait to contact them. You'll find them where the fun is, usually with good food.
You'll get to know them during the implementation of the system in your fitness club. People from this department conduct system trainings and stay in contact with the system's users. The team is responsible for the Knowledge Base too. But they are also great companions for joking around!
The heart of eFitness software. The most numerous department of eFitness. They all have one thing in common: the love for tinkering with code.
Here you can find backend and frontend developers, QA automation engineers, testers, and data analysts. Thanks to them, new functionalities come to light.
Creativity: it's what drives them. Queens of content. They see every challenge as an opportunity. Making videos, photos, or writing blog posts. It's a piece of cake for them and a lot of fun too! Running all things social and keeping all things digital are their primary goals. Also, the duo takes care of and puts together every aspect of the company's educational activities.
They're here to keep the whole organization in check. Their passion for orderliness and deadlines is their middle name. Perfectionists taking care of finances, accounting, and administration matters. One thing's for sure: you can always count on them!
