We have prepared new functionalities in the eFitness system that will help you with the planned reopening of the clubs. The new functionalities will enable you to work in accordance with the new guidelines. There are two important new features in the system – club entry limit and the possibility to display the limit on the TV at the reception:
Club entry limit
Based on the area of your club, the system will calculate the maximum number of people who can stay in the club. The limit status is still visible in the lower-left corner of the system. When you click on it, you will be taken to the “On the club” tab showing the list of people who have entered the club. When the limit is reached, information about exceeding it will appear. Thanks to this, you will have control and confidence that employees and clubbers can maintain safe distances.
Displaying the limit of entries on the screen at the reception
Another novelty that will not only facilitate the work of your reception but also help customers coming to the club. We have prepared the meter view, which you can display on the TV or monitor screen visible at the reception. Employees and clients coming to your fitness club will be able to see how many people are currently in the club and whether they can use it at the moment. In addition, the limit also displays the maximum possible number of people who can be at the same time on the premises. Look at the messages in the system to check the exact description of the new functionalities.
No additional cost
Fixed costs, protection, and disinfection measures – we know that reopening clubs comes with many costs that you will incur as the owner. That’s why you don’t have to invest extra money in a new technology solution. All described solutions regarding entry limits are available in the eFitness system for free for each user. Remember that in the eFitness system you also have many more functionalities such as electronic payments, promotion modules supporting the club when re-opening or CRM. Club owners can be sure that on the eFitness software side everything will meet new needs.
